How many days until I can no longer return & get a refund?
We offer a 14-day return policy. The 14-day window runs from the date of product receipt to the day the return is shipped.
For Christmas gifts, our 14-day return window begins on 25th December, giving recipients plenty of time to try their pieces and decide.
Returns
If you want a refund, we require that the item be returned in the same condition that you received it in, with the customer's name & order number attached.
The garment must be returned:
• Intact without damage
• Unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, deodorant, or any other scent
• Label intact and undamaged, and in the condition they were received in
We are unable to accept returns that aren't in their original condition. If approved we will refund via the original method with which you paid. This takes an average of 5-7 working days or less.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and we do not refund the sent shipping charge. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and signed delivery service to mail your return.
Customers are responsible for the loss and cost when returning items.
Some 'sale' items are non-refundable after purchase. If this applies, it will be clearly stated at the top of the item's product page.
Exchanges
All exchanges need to be agreed upon within the 14-day return window, as above. We accept exchanges if the item arrived to you damaged or faulty. We also accept exchanges for other BANJAARA items of equal price, if the original item is not quite right. The condition of items eligible for exchange must be consistent with the conditions detailed in the 'returns' stipulations above.
Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of BANJAARA.

Sale Items
It will be clearly detailed in the product description when items purchased in a sale are non-refundable. We are happy to offer an exchange for the item, but refunds will not be issued for sale items when clearly stated that they are non-refundable.
As a small, sustainable business, this policy allows us to reduce waste and continue to create thoughtful, small batch pieces — we appreciate your understanding and support.
