How long will my item take to get to me? 

We aim to dispatch all items within one to two working days from receipt of the order.  

What are the delivery costs?  

For UK deliveries, each order will cost no more than £4 using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed delivery service. Delivery charges for orders over £90 in the UK are free.

What services does Banjaara use?  

We use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed delivery service. This requires a signature when the item reaches you, which comes with a reference number.   

How many days until I can no longer return & get a refund?   

We offer a 14-day return policy.

Returns  

If you want a refund, we require that the item is returned in the same condition that you received it in (as above) with the customer's name & order number attached. The garment must be returned intact without damage, label intact and undamaged, and in the condition they were received in for a full refund to be given. If approved we will refund via the original method with which you paid. This takes an average of 5-10 working days. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and we do not refund the sent shipping charge. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and signed delivery service to mail your return. 

Customers are responsible for the loss & cost when returning items.  

What about exchange? 

All exchanges need to be agreed upon within the 14-day return window, as above. We accept exchanges if the item arrived to you damaged or faulty. We also accept exchanges for other BANJAARA items of equal price, if the original item is not quite right. Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of BANJAARA.
